This year, the 4th of July falls on a Friday, with family-fun festivities scheduled around Rochester from Saturday, June 28, to Sunday, July 6, 2025. July 4: Fireworks over Downtown at 10 p.m. Get ready for a classic downtown fireworks extravaganza! The dazzling show will start at 10 p.m. and last for 15-20 minutes. The best spots to view the fireworks are from the Broad Street and Court Street bridges, which will be closed to vehicular traffic at 8 p.m. and have no parking. 2. Colonial Charm and Celebrating New Citizens
